  • Creative Bible storytelling
  • Craft
  • Theme related play

Families then move into the church where an Altogether Time at the start of the service sets the scene for the children's groups.
Parents are encouraged to sit near the front of the church with their children during the Altogether Time before accompanying them to their group.

Children are the responsibility of their parents/carers before going into their groups and after collection from them. Please ensure they are kept safe whilst on the premises by supervising them before and after sessions.
Thank you!

Spring Term 2018

Sunday Teaching

Series Aims

The teaching this term takes us on a journey through lent,
looking at who Jesus is and what he came to achieve. We
are challenged to examine our lives, see how we are living
and how we can follow Jesus.

  • To understand that Jesus is the Son of God, and we
    should listen to Him
  • To know that Jesus came for us all and the
appropriate response to this news is repentance, a
new life and a change of heart.
  • To teach that Jesus calls us all to follow Him and that
will mean taking up our own cross to follow and letting
    things go
  • To understand that there is an ongoing battle
between good and evil but love will win

Dates for your Diary

Sunday Serving!

Sunday ServingOnce a month when there isn’t an All Age Service, our Explorers, and Pathfinders will join with our adult congregation and serve alongside them. Climbers will run as normal. There are many opportunities for our young people to serve and use their gifts and talents as part of our church family. Please contact Jo Gavin for further information.

Save the date!

We are planning to run our annual Holiday Club TEAMBUILDERS with our Opening Service on 22nd July and
the Holiday Club running 25th - 27th July. The children will encounter stories from both the Old and New Testaments that
illustrate what it means to work together. These stories help the children focus on the value of teamwork in life and, in particular,
as a community of people journeying with Jesus. In addition, the children will meet Jesus and discover what he did for them
and how they can become part of Jesus’ team.

Don’t forget to put the date in your diary and if you can help please let me know! More information to follow.
