Welcome to Youth Ministry

Here at Christ Church we love seeing young people being transformed spiritually and encouraging young people to engage in relevant and relational evangelism.

Pathfinders is an interactive, term-time, Sunday morning group for school years 7-9 which shows that Christianity is relevant and fun to young people today.  We meet in the Church at 10:30am to join the main congregation for worship, and then move across to the Small Hall for our group activities.

On the first Sunday of the month, we meet in the Small Hall at 10:30am for group activities, before later joining the main congregation for Holy Communion.

At Pathfinders we enjoy an informal and relaxed atmosphere and encourage young people in their discipleship with Bible study, discussions, games, outdoor activities, and baking.

Juice meets in term-time on the following Saturday evenings in the church at 6:30pm - 7:40pm.

Juice is for young people who are school years 10 and above who want to know God, find out how to be better disciples, and spend time hanging out with great friends.  Juice is a place where you can be yourself, no questions are barred, and you can hear something about how great our God is! 

We also have socials (eg: Nandos trips, pizza and film) and musical jam nights throughout the year.

BASE is a youth group open to anybody, which meets on the first Saturday of each month at 6.30pm to 8pm in the Undercroft of the church. It is for young people who are school years 7 and above (Ages 11-18). At BASE we have pizza and cake, while we enjoy games, such as: Air hockey, Wii, table tennis, pool and just have a lot of fun together! You are always welcome to bring your friends.
Donations of £1 per session are welcome if you are able.

Baptism and Confirmation Would you like to go further in your walk with God and commitment to Him? Baptism and/or Confirmation courses are run for anyone who would like to.
